ANNOUNCEMENTS
Ten categories that represent core organisational values and personal attributes leading to individual success underpin the nomination and judging process.
A panel of selected judges will identify 30 exceptional winners who embrace these core values within their role, and who excel in driving growth, success and leadership across the spectrum of the island's community and economic sectors.
Winners will be announced in April.
30 Under 30 has been created to celebrate and encourage our island's future leaders, its finest and brightest young talent
Every winner will be recognised in equal measure, with 30 outstanding winners being announced and profiled across April and May ahead of the closing Winners Event.
