NOMINATIONS & HOW TO ENTER
Nominations are open until 3 May 2024 and can be made online by:
• Businesses or organisations who would like to put forward a member of their team.
• Individuals keen to embrace this high-profile opportunity to showcase their own achievements and set new goals.
• Colleagues, friends or family of outstanding nominees.
Nominees will be asked to share which core values and work ethics most represent them, their contribution to a business or organisation, their personal development and achievements.
Nominees and entrants must be aged under 30 on 20 June 2024, and over 18 as of 1 February 2024.
We encourage nominations and entries for all outstanding individuals - regardless of their industry, community or employment.

Ten categories that represent core organisational values and personal attributes leading to individual success underpin the nomination and judging process.
A panel of selected judges will identify 30 exceptional winners who embrace these core values within their role, and who excel in driving growth, success and leadership across the spectrum of the island's community and economic sectors.
Winners will be announced in May.
30 Under 30 has been created to celebrate and encourage our island's future leaders, its finest and brightest young talent
Every winner will be recognised in equal measure, with 30 outstanding winners being announced and profiled across summer 2024 after our Winners Event.
